70 years old female with HEADACHE December 5th 2022 This is an online e log book to discuss our patient de-identified health data shared after taking his / her / guardians signed informed consent. Here we discuss our individual patients problems through series of inputs from available global online community of experts with an aim to solve those patients clinical problem with collective current best evident based input. A 70 yrs old female ,resident of miryalaguda came to opd with cheif complaints of headache since 6 months. CHIEF COMPLAINTS Headache since 6 months HISTORY OF PRESENTING ILLNESS Patient was apparently asymptomatic 6 months back, patient fell on the ground while doing some work due to obstacle in her way this is the incident that occurred 9 months before and 2 months of that incident she developed Headache which was insidious in onset and intermittent in nature ,diffuse type with no aggrevating and relieving factors.
