70 years old female with HEADACHE December 5th 2022 This is an online e log book to discuss our patient de-identified health data shared after taking his / her / guardians signed informed consent. A 70 yrs old female ,resident of miryalaguda came to opd with cheif complaints of headache since 6 months.
